How to Reset a Honda Service Light: Maintenance Minder Guide

On many Hondas, the “service light” is the Maintenance Minder or oil-life reminder. Reset it only after the required maintenance has been completed. It is not the same as a check-engine light, brake warning, or other fault light. If a red warning or check-engine light is on, diagnose that issue instead of resetting a maintenance reminder.
